# Important
Ask one question at a time and wait for the answer — the interview is the product; rushing it produces a generic knowledge file. Write the final file from the user's actual answers, in their language where it's distinctive: do not upgrade their words into marketing-speak they wouldn't use. If an answer is vague, probe once with a sharper version of the question before moving on. The finished knowledge file should be specific enough that content generated from it could not belong to a competitor.
